Value Acceleration is done-with-you implementation. We come into your business and build the actual systems that increase value. Recurring revenue models, documented operations, leadership development, financial cleanup, customer concentration reduction, whatever the Value Builder assessment identified as critical gaps.
DealSherpa is the exit quarterback service. When you're 6 to 12 months from intended exit, we assemble and manage your complete exit team. Business broker, M&A attorney, CPA, wealth advisor, whoever you need. We coordinate due diligence, manage buyer communications, keep the process moving, and make sure you don't leave money on the table because something fell through the cracks.
Most clients do Value Acceleration first (12 to 18 months), then transition to DealSherpa for the actual exit process (6 to 12 months). Total engagement is typically 18 to 30 months from "business isn't sellable" to "closed transaction and money in the bank."
We cap this service at 4 to 8 active clients because the work is intensive. If we're at capacity, we'll put you on the waitlist or recommend Masters Program while you wait.

Can I switch between tiers?
Yes. Most people start with Founder HQ Free or the initial assessment, then upgrade to Plus or Masters when they're ready for more structure. If you're in Masters and realize you need done-with-you implementation, we transition you to Value Acceleration. If you're in Value Acceleration and decide you'd rather do the work yourself with group support, we can move you to Masters and refund the difference. The goal is matching you to what actually helps, not locking you into something that's wrong fit.
What if I'm not ready to exit for 5+ years?
Then you probably don't need DealSherpa yet, but you likely need the foundation work. Most founders who are 5+ years from exit start with Founder HQ Plus or Masters to build transferable operations now. That makes the business more valuable to keep AND more valuable to sell when you're ready. The work is the same either way.
How do payment plans work for Value Acceleration?
Monthly installments are available. We structure payment terms based on your engagement scope and business cash flow.
What's your refund policy?
The initial assessment is non-refundable once delivered. Founder HQ Plus and Masters are month-to-month after initial commitment period, cancel anytime. Value Acceleration has milestone-based payments tied to deliverables. If we don't hit the milestones, you don't pay that installment. Advisory/Investing terms are custom per engagement.
Do you work outside Kansas City?
Yes. Most of our Masters Program clients are remote. Value Acceleration works anywhere as long as we can access your business systems and meet with leadership virtually or in-person as needed. DealSherpa is location-agnostic. The only thing that's KC-specific is in-person events, which happen quarterly for Masters clients.
