    Return & Refund Policy

    Overview

    At Diffactory, we stand behind what we ship and what we teach. This policy covers all physical items bundled with our online coaching programs and e-learning products. Please read it carefully before purchasing.

    Because our products span both physical and digital formats, this policy distinguishes between the two. Physical items and digital products are governed by different terms, outlined below.

    Physical Items

    Physical materials shipped as part of your program (workbooks, assessment kits, resource binders, branded materials, etc.) are eligible for return under the following conditions.

    Eligibility & Window

    • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.
    • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
    • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
    • Items showing signs of use, writing, damage, or wear are not eligible for return.

    How to Initiate a Return

    • Email hello@diffactory.com with your order number, the item(s) you are returning, and the reason for the return.
    • We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
    • Do not ship items back without an RMA number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

    Shipping Costs

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. In that case, we will cover return shipping and send a replacement at no charge.

    Refunds on Physical Items

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

    Digital Products & Online Coaching

    E-Learning Programs & Digital Course Access

    All digital product sales are final. Once you have been granted access to a course, program portal, or digital resource library, we do not offer refunds. This includes but is not limited to:

    • Online course modules and curriculum
    • Digital workbooks, templates, and frameworks
    • Video training libraries
    • Community access (Founder HQ and associated Skool groups)
    • Assessment tools and diagnostic reports

    Why no refunds on digital? The moment you access a digital product, the value has been transferred. Unlike a physical item, it cannot be returned unused.

    Coaching Programs & Advisory Engagements

    Coaching, consulting, and advisory services are non-refundable once sessions have been delivered. If you have purchased a multi-session engagement and a session has not yet been delivered, please contact us to discuss options. Refund eligibility for unused sessions is evaluated case-by-case at our discretion.

    For all Value Builder Bootcamps, Growth Partnerships, and one-on-one engagements, specific refund terms will be outlined in your client agreement, which supersedes this general policy.

    Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

    If your physical item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@diffactory.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at your preference, including return shipping at our cost.

    Bundled Products

    If you purchased a bundle that includes both physical and digital components, only the physical portion of the bundle is eligible for return. The digital access component is non-refundable. Partial refunds for the physical item value within a bundle will be assessed based on the itemized pricing at the time of purchase.

    Exchanges

    We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, return the original (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is processed.
