    Who this call is for

    Founders who feel stuck

You built something successful, but now every decision runs through you. You can't take a vacation without your phone buzzing. The business makes money but it costs you your freedom. This call is the first step toward changing that.

    Owners considering an exit

Whether you're 6 months out or 5 years away, the preparation work is the same. Most owners discover that their business isn't worth what they assumed — and that the gap is fixable. We'll help you understand where you actually stand.

    Businesses doing $1M–$25M in revenue

Our frameworks work best with founder-led service businesses between $1M and $25M in annual revenue. If you're outside that range, we'll let you know on the call and point you in the right direction.

    Common questions about the call

    How long is the call?

Typically 20–30 minutes. Enough time to understand your situation and determine if there's a fit. If we need more time, we'll schedule a follow-up.

    Is this a sales call?

No. It's a diagnostic conversation. We'll ask questions about your business, your goals, and what's holding you back. If we can help, we'll explain how. If we can't, we'll tell you directly and suggest alternatives.

    What should I prepare?

Nothing formal. Just be ready to talk honestly about where your business is, what role you play in daily operations, and what you want the next 1–3 years to look like. The more honest you are, the more useful the conversation will be.

Who will I be speaking with?

Kevin Oldham, CEPA — founder of Diffactory and a Certified Exit Planning Advisor with 30 years of experience building, scaling, and selling businesses. He's also an equity partner in 30+ companies and a Certified Value Builder.

    What happens after the call?

If there's a fit, we'll recommend a specific path — whether that's our Founder HQ community, the Master's Program, one-on-one consulting, or a full implementation engagement. If there's not a fit, we'll tell you and point you toward resources that can help.
