Why We Show Up

It started with a skateboard shop.
Our founder’s mom ran Square One Skateboards for five years, serving her community, supporting her family, and building something meaningful. But when life forced a change, she had to close the doors with nothing to show for all that work.

The business had no value beyond inventory because it depended on her. No systems, no transferable processes, no way for someone else to step in and continue what she'd built.

Then we saw it again.
When Diffactory started as a marketing consultancy, we helped owners generate more leads. But growth only widened the cracks. Calls went unanswered, inboxes filled up, and the owner’s calendar got even tighter. Instead of freedom, they got more chaos.

The real problem.
